On behalf of Asian Business Society (ABS), I would like to welcome and thank you for stopping by our website.

For our members and prospective students, this is an exciting era. The biggest economic boom is happening in Asia right now. This presents us with both an opportunity to deepen corporate relations in Asia as well as legitimacy on which to build up our Asian support network here in the States. Through both professional and social events that we have planned this year, our objective is to expose our members to the rich cultures in Asia and present them with attractive career opportunities, either domestic or international. Some of the keynote events that ABS has in the pipeline include:

- arranging career panels, student mentoring, and business conferences;

- assisting companies setting up information sessions for you to learn more about opportunities in Asia;

- organizing a recruiting trek during the fall semester to Asia (Hong Kong) as well as a social trek during the spring semester to Asia (2007 destination: China);

- inviting ABS and other Stern alumni to share their experiences;

- organizing numerous FUN social events including mixers, Karaoke, ski trip, bubble tea break aimed at bringing together Asian Americans, international students from Asia, as well as everyone who is interested to learn more about Asian cultures.

For our corporate sponsors and companies, timing cannot be better to increase your focus with us. ABS has more than 400 members, and proudly boasts a long and successful track record at NYU Stern organizing exciting professional and social events for its members. We are more than happy to assist you in organizing and publicizing any corporate events related to opportunities in Asia or here in the US.
