2008, Received honorary doctorate from the University of Limburg, formed jointly by Universiteit Hasselt (Belgium) and Universiteit Maastricht (The Netherlands).

2008, Awarded the Copernicus Chair in Economics, University of Ferrara, Italy.

2006, Runner-up, the Moskowitz Prize for Socially Responsible Investing, University of California, Berkeley, for the research: "Is Doing Good Good for You?" (with C. Petrovits and S. Radhakrishnan).

November, 2005, Received the Stan Ross Award from the Financial Executive International—the CFOs Association—for the "Most Useful Research for Practice" (The article is:"Taxable Income, Future Earnings and Equity Values" with Doron Nissim.)
