Short Bio

Professor of Statistics, received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1966 from Carnegie-Mellon University and his Ph.D. in 1972 from Stanford University. He has been at Stern since 1981. He is a former associate editor of the Journal of the American Statistical Association. His current research interest is in the random processes associated with statistical maps.
