I am an Associate Professor in the Information, Operations, and Management Sciences Department/ Information Systems Group at the New York University's Stern School of Business.

In my work I seek to understand how multi-party IS development project participants collaborate to build systems. My interests involve Cross-boundary Innovation, Global Outsourcing and Offshoring, Organizational Learning, Communication, IT Outsourcing, IT Development, IT-enabled Strategy, and Technology Design. 

I received my Ph.D. from the Information Technology Group at MIT's Sloan School of Management in 2001.
