The mission of Phi Chi Theta is to provide a national and local network to share resources, ideas, and concepts. To accomplish this, we organize an extensive lecture series each semester, which provides opportunities to interact and network with established professionals from various backgrounds. In addition, we present annual alumni panels and occasional resume and interviewing workshops.

As important as it is to prepare for entering the business world, Phi Chi Theta strongly believes that we must never forgo our humanity for the sake of professional achievement.
