Dean Gary Fraser (Stern MBA, 1992)
Dean of Students and Associate Dean for MBA Student Affairs
NYU Stern School of Business

Gary Fraser is Dean of Students and Associate Dean for MBA Student Affairs, overseeing the Office of Career Development and the Office of Student Activities. Over the past seven years, he has overseen career services at Stern, which involves hundreds of companies, as well as full and part-time MBA students. While at Stern, Dean Fraser has revamped the Career Development Program for incoming MBAs, restructured the on-campus interviewing process, and launched the School’s Career Center for Working Professionals, which provides life-long career development support to the Stern community. For the past three years as Dean of Students, he has worked to expand Pre-Term orientation and to re-design the MBA Student Leader Suite, the workplace for student club leaders. He has been voted both the “Administrator of the Year” and “Dean of the Year” by the student community.

Prior to joining Stern, Dean Fraser held positions in brand management at Sara Lee, Cadbury Beverages and Kraft/Nabisco. Dean Fraser received his MBA from NYU Stern in 1992, and, while there, was President of the Association of Hispanic & Black Business Students, a Consortium Fellow and winner of a NYU President’s Service Award. He also received his BS in Marketing and Advertising from Syracuse University.


Richard A. Friedman
Managing Director and Head of the Merchant Banking Division,
Goldman Sachs

Rich is head of the Merchant Banking Division, a member of the Management Committee and the Real Estate Principal Investment Committee and chairman of the firm ’s Investment Committee. Rich joined the firm in 1981. He was named partner in 1990 and managing director in 1996. Rich is chairman of the board of Yankees Entertainment and Sports Network (YES) and serves on the Board of Trustees of Brown University, Mount Sinai Hospital, Central Synagogue and the Horace Mann School. Rich earned an MBA from the University of Chicago in 1981 and an AB from Brown in 1979.

Sheryl Schwartz is Managing Director, Alternative Investments at TIAA-CREF and since 1997 has built a diversified Alternatives portfolio for TIAA with over $10 billion in commitments that includes growth capital and buyout funds, emerging market and international funds, venture capital funds, distressed debt and distressed equity funds, energy and infrastructure funds, private equity and mezzanine debt co-investments, and timber investments. She played a key role in developing TIAA-CREF ’s Alternative Investments strategy in 1997. She joined TIAA in 1988 and holds a BS in Finance (1985) and an MBA in Finance (1988) from New York University.

TIAA-CREF is a national financial services organization and the leading provider of retirement services in the academic, research, medical and cultural fields with more than $398 billion in combined assets under management (9/30/08).

Donald E. Foley

ITT Corporation

Donald E. Foley was appointed Senior Vice President in February 2003. He joined ITT as Vice President and Treasurer in 1996. In his current position, Foley has global tax responsibility for the Corporation and manages its capital and financing activities, as well as its $7.0 billion pension and defined contribution investments. He is member of the Company ’s Executive Council and a director of several companies in which ITT has an investment. Foley came to ITT from International Paper Company. He has also held executive positions with Mobil Corporation and General Electric Company.

Foley earned an MBA with high honors in finance from New York University and graduated cum laude with a bachelor ’s degree in economics from Union College, Schenectady, NY. He is a director of Wilmington Trust (Wilmington, DE), and a trustee of The Burke Rehabilitation Center (White Plains, NY), The Burke Foundation, and Convent of the Sacred Heart (Greenwich, CT). In 1998, he won ITT ’s Harold S. Geneen Award. During 2005, he received Institutional Investor ’s Corporate Pension Fund of the Year Award for Excellence in Investment Management, as well as Money Management Letter ’s Corporate Award for Excellence. In 2006, Foley won Alternative Investment News ’ Institutional Investor of the Year award and was featured with his investment staff in a cover article of Hedge Fund Manager Week. In 2008, he has been nominated again as Alternative Investment News ’ Institutional Investor of the Year.


Harry V. Toll

Harry has over 22 years of experience creating and managing investments in a broad range of core capital assets. Prior to co-founding Alterna, he was the co-founder, Managing Director and Business Head of the Core Capital Assets investment business at Citigroup. From inception this business grew to $2.4 billion of direct investment in assets with market value exceeding $7 billion. Harry has a B. S. in Interdisciplinary Engineering from Purdue University and completed Citigroup ’s Advanced Corporate Finance and Senior Risk Management programs. At Citigroup he also held a Senior Credit Officer designation.


Rosanne Zimmerman

Rosanne Zimmerman has been with Warburg Pincus since 1998 and focuses on fund-raising and investor relations. She received a B.A. in political science from Goucher College and an M.B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, she worked for GE Capital ’s Structured Finance Group in Hong Kong and Stamford, Connecticut. She also held positions with Citibank ’s Aircraft Investment Banking and Advisory Group and GATX Capital. She is a member of the Steering Committee of CARE ’s Women ’s Initiative Group of New York and a Member of the Board of Directors of the Corporation of South County Hospital in Wakefield, Rhode Island.


Adam Howarth

Adam is a secondaries portfolio manager in Partners Group ’s New York office. His responsibilities include transaction sourcing, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, closing and monitoring of funds in the US. Prior to joining Partners Group, he spent five years with HarbourVest Partners, LLC focusing on secondary investments. Adam holds an MBA from The Stern School of Business at New York University and graduated with honors from Trinity College with a B.A. in economics.

Daniel DeWolf is Co-Chair of the Venture Capital and Emerging Companies practice group of the law firm of Mintz Levin and is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Dawntreader Ventures, a leading early stage venture capital firm based in New York City, which invests in internet, software, and digital media companies. In addition, Daniel is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the NYU Law School and is the Co- Editor of Venture Capital Forms and Analysis, a leading treatise on venture capital published by the Law Journal Press. Previously, Daniel was Head of Venture Capital Funds and a Managing Director of SoundView Technology Group, Inc. (formerly Wit Capital), a publicly traded technology focused investment bank. Prior to joining SoundView, Daniel was Head of the Corporate practice group and the New Media and E-Law practice group at one of the leading New York City law firms representing early stage and technology companies.

Daniel has more than 25 years of corporate transactional experience, both as a lawyer and as a businessman, and has been an advisor to many emerging and developmental stage companies. Daniel is a board member of several technology companies, both private and public. Daniel is admitted to the practice of law in New York, California, and New Jersey. He received his B.A. cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania (1979) and his J.D from the University of Pennsylvania (1982).

Ron Hunt is a Managing Director at New Leaf Venture Partners, and focuses on investments in biopharmaceuticals and laboratory infrastructure companies. Ron joined the Sprout healthcare team in January 1998, and was part of the team that spun out of the Sprout Group (the venture capital affiliate of Credit-Suisse) in 2005 to form NLV. Prior to joining Sprout, Ron was a consultant with Coopers & Lybrand Consulting and then with The Health Care Group (a division of the Interpublic Group of companies) for a combined 4 years. His consulting work focused on strategic and operational engagements for clients in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Prior to entering the consulting field, Ron held a number of sales and marketing positions for a combined 8 years with Johnson & Johnson and SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals. Ron is a graduate of The Wharton School (MBA) and Cornell University (BS). Ron was the lead investor and served on the boards of Cerexa, Inc. and Aspreva Pharmaceuticals up until their recent acquisitions by Forest Laboratories and Gallenica Group, respectively. Ron has served on a number of other boards for companies in a broad range of healthcare sectors including biotech, laboratory services, health care information technology, and laboratory instrumentation.


Patrick Chung

Patrick joined NEA in 2004 and became Partner in 2007. Patrick focuses on consumer, Internet and mobile investments across stage. He is a director of Loopt, GoodGuide and Realtime Worlds, co-led NEA ’s investment in 23andMe, and is actively involved with Nurien, Xoom and the firm ’s venture growth activities. Prior to joining NEA, Patrick helped to grow ZEFER, an Internet services firm (acquired by NEC) to more than $100 million in annual revenues and more than 700 people across six global offices. Prior to ZEFER, Patrick was with McKinsey & Company, where he specialized in hardware, software, and services companies. Patrick received a joint JD-MBA degree from Harvard Business School and Harvard Law School, where he served as an Editor of the Harvard Law Review. Patrick was a Commonwealth Scholar at Oxford University, where he earned a Master of Science degree and won both class prizes for Best Dissertation and Best Overall Performance. Patrick earned his A.B. degree at Harvard University in Environmental Science. He is a member of the New York and Massachusetts bars, and a member of the Committee to Visit Harvard College.


Rick Bolander

Rick identifies the smartest entrepreneurs and works side-by-side with them to build highly successful companies from the ground up. Since co-founding Gabriel in 1999, he has been involved in more than 50 venture deals, led over $100M in early-stage financings, and accompanied several high-profile companies to exit. At Gabriel, Rick focuses on investments in digital media, mobile communications and the Internet. Prior to Gabriel, Rick served as General Partner at Apex Investment Partners, and prior to that, as founder of Blue Sky Ventures, a residential property management company based in Chicago. Earlier in his career, Rick spent seven years at AT&T in management roles in marketing, sales and operations, and was an engineer for Chevron Oil in the Systems, Planning and Development department. Jim Long

Jim has over 20 years experience and success in building businesses in the technology industry, as well as in developing new technologies and patents for the Internet and PC environments. He has been a founder, CEO, and executive at leading technology companies, and has served as a strategic advisor to many startups and venture capital firms.

Jim has been an advisor to several leading startups, including Ruckus Wireless (WiFi video), Skipper Wireless (mesh nets & VoIP); Coghead (SaaS for the long tail); and Jibe Networks (acquired by Citrix). Previously, Mr. Long was the CEO of RioPort, a leading music application service provider used by MTV.com, Best-Buy.com, Yahoo, HP, Nike.com, and Microsoft. Jim has also worked with various venture capital firms as an advisor, and spent four years as a venture manager for Fred Adler Venture Capital.

Jim is also an entrepreneur. He was the CEO and Founder of Starlight Networks, which pioneered video streaming and video multicasting with award-winning Intranet video infrastructure software and coined the term "streaming video". In fact, Jim is known as the "father" of the streaming video industry. Starlight Networks was the leader in the corporate video streaming market when it was acquired by PictureTel in November 1998. Jim began his career in software development and product marketing at Hewlett Packard, where he invented the first presentation graphics application.

Jim current serves on the oards of Aurora BioFuels, Connectbeam, PlantSense, and YLX. He holds an MBA from Harvard University (with distinction) and a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from UC Berkeley.

Ernst & Young Restructuring

As a partner in Ernst & Young’s Restructuring Group, Chris provides business and financial advice to attorneys, lenders, companies, and creditors prior to and throughout the Chapter 11 bankruptcy process. He also has experience assessing short and long term liquidity needs, assisting in the development of and/or assessment of business plans and forecasts, preparing analysis of potential restructuring alternatives, analyzing cost-cutting techniques. With close to 14 years of experience with Ernst and Young including five years in the New York Assurance (audit) practice and nine years in the Transaction Advisory Services practice, Chris serves private equity and distressed investor groups in a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, industrial products, transportation, consumer products, high technology, and various service industries.

In addition to direct platform investments made by his private equity clients, Chris has also worked with the management teams of several of his clients’ portfolio companies in completing add-on acquisitions and executing on value creation strategies.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Lehigh University, is a Certified Public Accountant in New York and New Jersey, and is a distinguished member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors.

Max Holmes

Holmes founded Plainfield Asset Management LLC in February 2005, and has been the Chief Investment Officer of all of its funds since inception. Prior to founding Plainfield, Mr. Holmes was the Head of the Distressed Securities Group and a Managing Director of D. E. Shaw & Co., L.P., where he served as Co-Portfolio Manager for D. E. Shaw Laminar Portfolios, L. L. C. from its inception in February 2002 through February 2005.

Prior to joining D. E. Shaw & Co., Mr. Holmes from 1986 to 2002 had a variety of jobs involving high yield and distressed securities at RBC Capital Markets, Gleacher NatWest Inc., Salomon Brothers Inc, and the Beverly Hills office of Drexel Burnham Lambert.

From 1984 to 1986, Mr. Holmes was a practicing attorney with Vinson & Elkins in Houston, Texas, and he remains a member of the bar in New York and Texas.

Mr. Holmes graduated from Columbia Law School in 1984, Columbia Business School in 1984, and Harvard College in 1981. Since 1993, he has taught "Bankruptcy and Reorganization" at New York University Stern Graduate School of Business, where he remains an Adjunct Professor of Finance.


Robert N. Dangremond

Bob is well known in the industry for his success in leading corporations through different restructuring scenarios and building consensus among diverse groups of employees, creditors and shareholders to achieve operational turnarounds. He is recognized for his skills in developing strategic options, identifying critical issues in lender negotiations, defining successful negotiating strategies, and motivating fragmented management groups within stressful environments to achieve aggressive goals. He has significant restructuring experience in large and mid-size corporations, many with extensive international operations. He has directed successful corporate initiatives that have restored underperforming corporations to profitability. Bob has held management positions in public and private corporations that include Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Restructuring Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Director.

Bob recently served as the Chief Executive Officer of Refco, Inc. transitioning through the sale of its regulated businesses. He has also served as the Chief Restructuring Officer of Mirant Corporation, an international energy provider. Previously he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Restructuring Officer at Harnischfeger Industries, Inc., which successfully emerged from Chapter 11 as an independent entity, renamed Joy Global. He also previously served as SVP-Restructuring Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Zenith Electronics Corporation and was directly involved in its operational and financial prepackaged bankruptcy restructuring. Prior to Zenith Electronics, Bob served as CEO and President of Forstmann & Company, and also was appointed as Chairman and CEO of AM International. The restructurings he has managed have required strategic repositioning of core operations, re-financings, divestitures, aggressive cost reductions and comprehensive working capital initiatives. Bob has extensive experience working with existing management to return organizations to sustainable profitability.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in agricultural economics from Rutgers University and a Master of Business Administration degree in accounting and taxation from New York University.


Thomas C. Carlson, CPA, CIRA

Tom is a Managing Director in the Recapitalization & Restructuring Group at Jefferies & Company, Inc. He has spent over a decade in the areas of corporate reorganization, crisis management and business turnaround. During his tenure at Jefferies and in previous positions, Tom has provided services to management and debtors, senior creditors, unsecured creditors, and equity investors in both out-of-court and in-court reorganizations. His engagement experiences include: exchange offers, plans of reorganization, distressed mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, business valuations, viability and solvency assessments, evaluation, development and execution of business plans, negotiation of Debtor-in-Possession (DIP) and exit financing facilities. Tom has been admitted as an expert for reorganization valuation testimony in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware and the Southern District of New York.

Tom earned a BA with Honors in History from Colgate University in May 1993. Tom also holds an MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University, where he graduated with dual concentrations in Finance and Accounting in May 1995. Tanja I. Aalto

Ms. Aalto currently works as a Director in Houlihan Lokey ’s Financial Restructuring Group and has worked on numerous restructuring and M&A engagements across a variety of industries during her 11 years at Houlihan Lokey. Publicly disclosed current and recent engagements include: Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc., Delphi Corporation, Globopar Communicaçoes, XO Communications, United Artists Theatre Company, Global TeleSystems, Inc. and Fruit of the Loom. Ms. Aalto also developed and leads Houlihan Lokey ’s technical modeling training program for new hires. Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Ms. Aalto ’s work experience included three years at a boutique consulting firm specializing in new market entry, acquisition strategy and competitive positioning. Ms. Aalto graduated with a B.A. in economics from Princeton University in 1992 and received her M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia in 1997. Steven D. Bortnick is a partner in the Private Equity and Tax Practice Groups of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Princeton and New York offices. Mr. Bortnick focuses his practice on domestic and international tax and private equity matters. He also is a member of the firm ’s Sustainability and Climate Change Team. Mr. Bortnick handles a broad range of cross-disciplinary transactions, including asset, stock, cross-border and domestic acquisitions, tax-free spinoffs, recapitalizations and reorganizations. He is experienced in the structuring of domestic and international private equity transactions and fund formation. He also counsels corporate entities on tax issues. In addition, Mr. Bortnick advises U.S. citizens and corporations in overseas investment, and he has been involved in the formation of private equity and hedge funds. An active speaker and author, Mr. Bortnick has written materials and spoken for several major private equity tax conferences. Topics of his presentations include private equity, venture capital, cross-border investing, venture capital operating company issues, and merger and acquisition tax issues.

Mr. Bortnick received a J.D. with honors from Rutgers University School of Law and an LL.M. from New York University School of Law. Mr. Bortnick is on the advisory board of Practical US/International Tax Strategies. Before joining Pepper in 2007, he practiced in the New York office of Dechert LLP. Mr. Bortnick is a member of the bars of New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania, and he is admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. He is a member of the tax sections of the New York and American Bar Associations.

William B. Sacher is a Managing Director and Co-Portfolio Manager at Oaktree Capital Management. Prior to joining Oaktree in 2001 to co-head the Mezzanine Finance strategy, Mr. Sacher worked at JP Morgan as co-head of the High Yield Origination Group, which was responsible for conducting due diligence, structuring and underwriting the firm ’s high yield bonds, mezzanine debt, leveraged loans and bridge loans. Mr. Sacher was also a voting member of the firm ’s High Yield Underwriting Committee. Prior to that, Mr. Sacher spent three years at NationsBanc Montgomery Securities LLC where he established the bank ’s High Yield Capital Markets Group and, later, headed the groups responsible for origination and execution of high yield bonds, bridge loans and private placements. From 1986 to 1995, Mr. Sacher worked at Bear Stearns & Co. in various capacities, most recently as Managing Director and co-head of the firm ’s mezzanine debt and mid-cap high yield effort. He graduated cum laude with a B.S. and an MBA in Finance and Management from NYU Stern School of Business.


John R. Jonge Poerink

John R. Jonge Poerink is Managing Partner of LJH Linley Capital, a New York-based private investment company that invests in the United States, Europe and Latin America through leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and growth equity investments. Prior to founding Linley Capital, Mr. Jonge Poerink was one of two partners in the middle market buyout firm Circle Peak Capital, where he worked on leveraged buyout transactions across a wide range of industry sectors with well over $400 million in transaction value. Prior to Circle Peak, Mr. Jonge Poerink spent more than 12 years in management and M&A with the Limited Brands and the Benetton Group Spa. As a Vice President at the Limited Brands Inc., he worked on Brand and Business Development for Express, Victoria ’s Secret and Bath & Body Works. While at the Limited, he also worked on the merger of the Limited ’s Structure and Express divisions to form a new $2.2 billion dual-gender retail organization which was eventually sold to Golden Gate Capital of San Francisco. In addition, while working with the Benetton Group, Mr. Jonge Poerink worked on the consolidation and development of well over $600 million in strategic acquisitions, including Killerloop, Rollerblade, Prince, Ektelon, Kastle, Asolo and the Nordica sports brands.

Mr. Jonge Poerink holds a Master ’s Degree in Marketing and Communication from the University of Amsterdam in the Netherlands, and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Jonge Poerink served in the Royal Netherlands Armed Forces Medical Corps and is an advisor and board member to several private businesses, including Luxury Optical Holdings Co., the Coromega Company and Rocket Dog Brands.


Laurens Goff

Laurens Goff is founder of Goff Management, a New York-based private equity firm that makes investments in consumer, retail and consumer service businesses. In June 2007, Mr. Goff led the recapitalization of The Thymes, LLC, a leading developer and marketer of premium products in the personal care, home-related fragrance and home care categories. In January 2008, Mr. Goff made a minority investment in Farmaesthetics, a developer and marketer of all-natural personal care products.

Prior to starting Goff Management, Mr. Goff was a Principal at Hampshire Equity Partners, a middle market buyout firm. Mr. Goff joined Hampshire in August of 1998 after spending two years in investment banking at Furman Selz LLC. While at Hampshire, Mr. Goff served on the Board of Directors of Citi Trends, Kids Outlet and Acton Mobile. Mr. Goff earned a BS in Finance at Boston College.

Paul Aversano is a Managing Director and National Practice Leader of Alvarez & Marsal ’s Transaction Advisory Group. For more than 12 years, Mr. Aversano has specialized in leading financial accounting due diligence projects for complex public and private company transactions. Mr. Aversano has assisted numerous private equity firms and strategic buyers across a wide spectrum of industries, including manufacturing, industrial products, distribution, transportation, consumer products, restaurant, supermarket, cosmetic, medical device, energy, media and environmental services. In addition to his domestic transaction experience, Mr. Aversano has delivered support to U.S.-based private equity clients on myriad transactions across Canada, Latin America, the Caribbean and Europe.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Aversano was a Partner and Director of Middle Market Private Equity with Ernst & Young in New York. Previously, Mr. Aversano was with Arthur Andersen ’s Transaction Advisory Services practice in New York. Mr. Aversano earned a bachelor ’s degree in accounting from Binghamton University, School of Management. Edward I. Altman

Since 1990, Professor Altman has directed the research effort in Fixed Income and Credit Markets at the NYU Salomon Center and is currently the Vice-Director of the Center. Prior to serving in his present position, Professor Altman chaired the Stern School ’s MBA Program for 12 years. He has been a visiting Professor at the Hautes Etudes Commerciales and Universite de Paris-Dauphine in France, at the Pontificia Catolica Universidade in Rio de Janeiro, at the Australian Graduate School of Management in Sydney and Luigi Bocconi University in Milan.

Prof. Altman has an international reputation as an expert on corporate bankruptcy, high yield bonds, distressed debt and credit risk analysis. He was named Laureate 1984 by the Hautes Etudes Commerciales Foundation in Paris for his accumulated works on corporate distress prediction models and procedures for firm financial rehabilitation and awarded the Graham & Dodd Scroll for 1985 by the Financial Analysts Federation for his work on Default Rates on High Yield Corporate Debt and was named "Profesor Honorario" by the University of Buenos Aires in 1996. He is currently an advisor to the Centrale dei Bilanci in Italy and to several foreign central banks. Prof. Altman is also the Chairman of the Academic Council of the Turnaround Management Association. Prof. Altman was named to the Max L. Heine endowed professorship at Stern in 1988. He was inducted into the Fixed Income Analysts Society Hall of Fame in 2001 and elected President of the Financial Management Association (2002). Professor Altman was named one of the 100 most influential people in the world in 2005 by the publication Treasury and Risk Management. He received his MBA and Ph.D. in Finance from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Professor Altman is one of the founders and was an Executive Editor of the international publication, the Journal of Banking and Finance and Advisory Editor of a publisher series, the John Wiley Frontiers in Finance Series. Professor Altman has published or edited almost two dozen books and well over 100 articles in scholarly finance, accounting and economic journals. He is the current editor of the Handbook of Corporate Finance and the Handbook of Financial Markets and Institutions and the author of a number books, including Recent Advances in Corporate Finance; Investing in Junk Bonds; Distressed Securities: Analyzing and Evaluating Market Potential and Investment Risk; and his most recent works on Corporate Financial Distress and Bankruptcy(2005); Managing Credit Risk: The Next Great Financial Challenge (2007); Recovery Risk (2005); Bankruptcy, Credit Risk and High Yield Junk Bonds (2002). His work has appeared in many languages including French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese and Spanish.

Prof. Altman ’s primary areas of research include bankruptcy analysis and prediction, credit and lending policies, risk management in banking, corporate finance and capital markets. He has been a consultant to several government agencies, major financial and accounting institutions and industrial companies and has lectured to executives in North America, South America, Europe, Australia-New Zealand, Asia and Africa. He has testified before the U.S. Congress, the New York State Senate and several other government and regulatory organizations and is a Director and a member of the Advisory Board of a number of corporate, publishing, academic and financial institutions.

Dr. Altman is a member of the Board and past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the InterSchool Orchestras of New York and was a founding member of the Board of Trustees of the Museum of American Financial History.
