Alexa du Pont, RRE Ventures
Ms. du Pont returned to RRE Ventures as an Associate in 2006, after completing her MBA. From 2002 to 2004 Ms. du Pont was a member of the investment team at RRE Ventures, focused on investment diligence, research, and portfolio company advisory. She has also held positions in Strategy and Business Development for GoldPocket Wireless, an RRE II company. Prior to joining RRE she was an Analyst with UBS in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Group.
Ms. du Pont holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB with Honors from Harvard University.

Tushar Maloo, Apax Partners
Tushar Maloo joined Apax in 2005 and currently works as an Associate in the Media Group. Prior to Apax, he worked at Bear Stearns. Mr. Maloo has a BS in Finance and International Studies and a minor in Economics from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University.

Andrew Olinick, Veronis Suhler Stevenson
Andrew Olinick joined Veronis Suhler Stevenson in 2006 as an Associate. Previously, Mr. Olinick worked at ZelnickMedia, where he evaluated private equity investment opportunities in the media and direct marketing industries. At ZelnickMedia, Mr. Olinick was responsible for managing due diligence, executing transactions and monitoring portfolio companies.
Mr. Olinick received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Veronis Suhler Stevenson (VSS) is a private equity and mezzanine capital investment firm dedicated to serving the media, communications and information industries (collectively, "Media") in North America and Europe. Veronis Suhler Stevenson was founded in 1981 by John J. Veronis and John S. Suhler with the premise that the investment process is better informed with the combination of seasoned industry professionals with hands-on operating and transactional experience together with Media-focused investment banking and investment professionals. Jeffrey T. Stevenson, who joined the Firm in 1982 and subsequently managed the Firms first private equity fund, became a name partner of the Firm in December 2001. In March 2003, S. Gerard Benford, Marco Sodi and Scott J. Troeller were named Partners. VSS has grown to more than 30 professionals and support staff with offices in New York and London.

Henry Kravis co-founded Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR), a merchant banking firm that was instrumental in legitimizing the use of leveraged buy-outs for underperforming organizations. Mr. Kravis has overseen some of the largest deals in business history, including the $25 billion deal to buyout RJR Nabisco, and KKR has acquired more than 120 companies totaling approximately $135 billion.
