About SPHA
SPHA aims to bring together Stern MBA students
who have an interest in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Our
objective is to provide members with opportunities to understand the issues and
challenges facing these industries and to identify possible career paths. As a
club, we hope to raise the awareness of the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector
within the Stern community, and serve as a recruitment connection for all
healthcare related professions, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology and
medical device firms as well as healthcare related professional service firms in
consulting and finance.

"For the Stern students who had industry background, SPHA serves as a
community through which we exchange ideas among each other and catch up
on the latest industry trends. For the students who don't have a
relevant background, SPHA assists them to get in the door by offering
educational lectures, providing valuable opportunities to interact with
industry professionals, and eventually improves the understanding of
different functions and broaden career horizons."
