Hints

• Users might experience problems while printing graphical output when using certain printer drivers. This problem is currently being addressed. To circumvent this problem, please deselect the graphical output using the SERIES menu item, and print just the text output. To print the graphical output, ensure that HOM's window as well as the results window are maximized. Then while holding down the ALT key, press the Print key. The graph will be copied to the clipboard. It can then be pasted into any standard word processing software.
• Process Analysis Module: Users might experience difficulty with obtaining long traces of queues as well as plotting traces of queues that flutuate substantially. There is yet no known fix for this problem.
