Stern and Tisch Entertainment Business Association

The Stern & Tisch Entertainment Business Association brings together a diverse and talented group of students at NYU who share a common interest in the entertainment industry. STEBA provides a forum for student interaction with industry professionals as well as a grounded platform for students to gain experience in their chosen field. Emphasis is placed on the everchanging worlds of film, television, music, print, and theater. Though STEBA is firmly grounded in the prestigious Stern and Tisch schools, membership is open to students from all NYU undergraduate colleges.

One of STEBA's most successful ventures has been to introduce a new curriculum to the Stern School of Business and the Tisch School of the Arts, which is a shared concentration between them in Entertainment, Media, and Technology. Through these efforts, STEBA is creating a heightened presence in the world of academia while simultaneously encouraging entertainment firms to take part in higher education by utilizing entertainment executives as professors.
