Adaptation: Creating Opportunity in a Changing Environment
On behalf of Stern Women in Business (SWIB), we are excited to present the 18th annual SWIB Conference. Every year, this Conference brings together current students, alumni, faculty, and business leaders to celebrate the accomplishments of women around the world, both in their professional and personal lives. The SWIB Conference addresses relevant issues that we face as women and as future business leaders.
The SWIB Conference is designed to motivate, inspire, and educate participants. We have developed a program that addresses topics such as taking control of your career, creating effective female mentoring networks, navigating non-typical female roles and women reaching out to improve the lives of other women. All of the day's events will focus on these topics within the framework of creating opportunity in a changing environment..
