Competitive Advantages From Operations (C60.0001.03/04)

• This core course examines the operations functions of firms including how they produce their products and supply their services. The course explores strategies with which the firms can gain advantages over their competitors by initiating efficiencies and cost reductions. This is a course in which goal-oriented strategies are developed through a problem-solving approach using case studies.
