I) Research

I have written two books on positive psychology:

• Syllabus for undergraduate seminar: Flourishing. Here is the final project and the weekly assignments that go along with the syllabus.

• Working on strengths vs. weaknesses: report on a class research project, including an appendix listing over 100 suggested daily activities for working on strengths and weaknesses.
