If you install
NetMeeting, a collaborative software by Microsoft, you can reach me via
audio and video in my office for discussion of class materials. You can
download NetMeeting 2.1 for free from the Microsoft Web Site by clicking
HERE.
Even without a video camera, you can
use the audio on your computer (NetMeeting is like a free Internet phone)
to call me to discuss classwork. NetMeeting allows you to: share/collaborate
in real time on any file and program you want (such as a paper in Word,
a spreadsheet or my online lecture notes and handouts), chat, use a whiteboard
to sketch graphs and draw ideas. After installing the software, dial my
e-mail address (nroubini@stern.nyu.edu) in order to call me.
