Biography
Wally Boudry joined New York University Stern School of Business as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Finance in August 2009.
Prior to joining NYU Stern, an award winning teacher, Professor Boudry taught both undergraduate and graduate real estate courses at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
Professor Boudry's research interests include real estate and general finance. His most recent works have focused on Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and have examined their security issuance decisions, price dynamics and repurchase decisions. He is a regular presenter and discussant at the annual AREUEA meetings and his papers have been published in Real Estate Economics and the Journal of Business Finance and Accounting.
Professor Boudry received his Bachelor of Commerce with first class honors and Bachelor of Economics from the University of Queensland, Australia, and his M.Phil. and Ph.D. from NYU Stern.
