About the Instructor

Professor Juran, who teaches courses in Operations Management, Decision Models & Analytics, and Decision Making Under Uncertainty, is a winner of fourteen teaching awards at Cornell and Columbia. Juran's research has appeared in Management Science, Journal of Operations Management, and other journals.
