I am interested in understanding how organizations overcome
difficulties involved in the sharing of knowledge in heterogeneous
contexts. Multiple lenses and phenomena fall under this broad
umbrella. In my work I investigate these issues using an
organizational behavior perspective (Collaboration Project), a strategic
perspectives (E-Strategy and IT Outsourcing Projects), and a technological
perspective (Context Interchange Project).
